| Wayne Potrafka has | |
| been involved in the | |
| arts for around 30 yrs. | |
| The great majority of | |
| that time was spent as | |
| a potter/sculptor, | |
| specializing in the | |
| Raku process. For | |
| health reasons, he | |
| began to paint about 4 | |
| years ago. During the | |
| past 1 1/2 years, he |
| has developed a new technique, best described as dimensional mixed media with recycled materials and acrylic. The finished product is framed under glass in the manner of a painting, but has a definite dimensional quality. Riverview Gallery serves as Wayne's home gallery and has the largest selection of his work available, but his work can be found throughout the country in fine art galleries. Wayne's years of experience in operating fine art and craft galleries has given him an eye for excellence, and the experience and the contacts to find the best items available to meet your decorating and artistic needs. |
